AIShot, Windows için çalışan bir masaüstü ekran asistanıdır. Yapay zekâ ile içerik (metin yanıtlar) üreten, üretken yapay zekâ (generative AI) özellikleri içerir. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri işlediğini ve işlemediğini açıklar.
Özet: AIShot sizin adınıza hesap açmaz, kişisel veri toplamaz, reklam veya izleyici içermez. Uygulamayı kendi API anahtarınızla kullandığınızda verileriniz doğrudan seçtiğiniz sağlayıcıya gider; bizim sunucularımıza hiç uğramaz. Anahtarsız kullanılan ücretsiz deneme modunda ise istek bizim ağ geçidimizden geçer — içeriği orada saklanmaz, yalnız bir kota sayacı tutulur. Ayrıntısı 3. bölümdedir.

API anahtarı girmeden de uygulamayı deneyebilmeniz için, anahtarsız kullanımda günlük sınırlı sayıda ücretsiz sorgu hakkı verilir. Bu modda istek doğrudan bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gitmez; önce Hidroteknik'in işlettiği bir ağ geçidinden (Cloudflare Workers altyapısı) geçer, oradan Google Gemini'ye iletilir ve cevap size döner.
Bu, ücretsiz denemenin maliyetini biz karşıladığımız ve kotanın sayılabilmesi gerektiği için böyledir.

Saklanmayanlar: mesajlarınız, ekran görüntüleriniz, çıkarılan metin, belgeleriniz, ham IP adresiniz, ham kurulum kimliğiniz, e-posta/isim/iletişim bilginiz. Bunların hiçbiri veritabanımızda yoktur.
Kurulum kimliği, uygulama ilk çalıştığında cihazınızda üretilen rastgele bir numaradır; donanımınızdan, Windows veya Microsoft hesabınızdan ya da kişisel bilgilerinizden türetilmez ve size geri bağlanamaz.
Kendi anahtarınızı girdiğiniz anda ağ geçidimiz devreden çıkar — istekler doğrudan sizin seçtiğiniz sağlayıcıya gider ve yukarıdaki sayaçların hiçbiri artmaz.
"Premium ilgimi çeker" düğmesi hiçbir şey satın almaz, sizden ödeme veya iletişim bilgisi istemez ve size geri dönüş yapılmasını sağlamaz. Tek yaptığı, yukarıdaki sayaca bir satır eklemektir.
Bazı işlevler internet gerektirir ve verileri üçüncü taraf hizmetlerine gönderir. Kendi anahtarınızı kullanırken bu veriler doğrudan sizin yetkilendirdiğiniz sağlayıcıya gider ve bizim sunucularımızdan geçmez. Ücretsiz deneme modunda yapay zekâ isteği ağ geçidimizden geçer (3. bölüm).

AIShot 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
API anahtarınız işletim sistemi şifrelemesiyle korunur. Tüm ağ trafiği şifreli (HTTPS) taşınır. Hassas/kişisel bilgi içeren ekranları taramamaya özen gösterin; çünkü çıkarılan metin ve (görsel anlama açıksa) ekran görüntüsü yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gönderilir. Hassas ekranlarda görsel anlamayı kapatıp yalnızca metin işleyen bir sağlayıcı kullanabilirsiniz.
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır ve uygulama içindeki Hakkımızda bölümünden erişilebilir.

AIShot is a desktop screen assistant for Windows. It includes generative AI features that use artificial intelligence to create content (text responses). This policy explains what data the app does and does not process.
In short: AIShot does not create an account for you, does not collect personal data, and contains no ads or trackers. When you use the app with your own API key, your data goes directly to the provider you chose and never touches our servers. In the keyless free trial mode, the request passes through our gateway — its content is not stored there, only a quota counter is kept. Details are in section 3.

So that you can try the app without obtaining an API key, keyless use is granted a limited number of free queries per day. In this mode the request does not go directly to an AI provider: it first passes through a gateway operated by Hidroteknik (on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure), is forwarded from there to Google Gemini, and the answer is returned to you.
This is necessary because we pay for the free trial and the quota has to be counted somewhere.
The only things stored at the gateway are these counters:

Not stored: your messages, your screenshots, extracted text, your documents, your raw IP address, your raw installation identifier, your email/name/contact details. None of these exist in our database.
The installation identifier is a random number generated on your device the first time the app runs. It is not derived from your hardware, your Windows or Microsoft account, or any personal information, and cannot be traced back to you.
The moment you enter your own key, our gateway is out of the loop — requests go directly to the provider you chose and none of the counters above are incremented.
The "I'm interested in Premium" button does not purchase anything, does not ask for payment or contact details, and does not enable anyone to contact you. All it does is add one row to the counter above.
Some features require the internet and send data to third-party services. When you use your own key, this data goes directly to the provider you authorized and does not pass through our servers. In free trial mode the AI request passes through our gateway (section 3).

AIShot is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Your API key is protected by OS-level encryption. All network traffic is carried over HTTPS. Avoid capturing screens containing sensitive/personal information, as the extracted text and (if visual understanding is on) the screenshot will be sent to the AI provider. For sensitive screens you can turn off visual understanding and use a text-only provider.
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published at this address and is accessible from the About section in the app.
